Tidecraft lures are fishing tackle, not toys. They may include sharp hooks, split rings, metal hardware,
small parts, feather material, paint, clear coat and packaging components.
- Not a toy. For adult fishing use only.
- Keep away from children, pets and anyone not handling fishing tackle safely.
- Sharp hooks can puncture skin, eyes, clothing and packaging.
- Inspect hooks, split rings and hardware before fishing.
- Store lures in a closed tackle box and use hook caps where practical.
- Follow local fishing rules, hook restrictions and waterway regulations.
Materials and feathers
Feather patterns need traceable sourcing.
Feather finishes are used only when the material can be batch-recorded. Current sourcing policy is to use
purchased farmed/domestic feathers or synthetic alternatives where practical, and to avoid wild, protected,
endangered or customer-supplied wild feathers.
- Supplier invoices or batch notes are kept for feather material.
- Unknown wild bird feathers are not accepted for custom orders.
- Protected species materials are not intentionally used.
- Paint, clear coat and adhesive records should be retained by batch.
- Handmade color, feather pattern and finish may vary slightly between units.
Shipping, duties and taxes
Selected countries first, with duties stated clearly.
Orders are reviewed by destination before invoice. Current practical destinations include the United States,
Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Other destinations may be declined or held until the
required product, tax, customs and carrier checks are ready.
- Shipping country is required before any invoice is issued.
- Unless the invoice clearly says prepaid, import duties, VAT, tax and brokerage fees are paid by the buyer.
- The store does not promise automatic duty-free or tax-free delivery.
- Commercial invoice details must match the order contents and declared value.
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees and depend on customs and carrier performance.
- EU and Northern Ireland remain paused until compliance coverage is ready.
Returns and custom orders
Unused standard lures can be reviewed; custom work is limited.
Contact Tidecraft before sending any item back. Return eligibility depends on product condition, order
type, destination rules and whether the lure was standard stock or custom work.
- Unused standard lures may be reviewed within 14 days after delivery.
- Custom paint, limited color runs and personalized orders are usually final sale unless defective.
- Opened, used, modified or water-tested lures may be refused for return.
- Shipping fees, customs charges and return postage may not be refundable.
- Transit damage should be reported within 48 hours with packaging and product photos.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected.
Privacy and cookies
Only collect what is needed to answer and fulfill requests.
Tidecraft may collect contact details, order request details, shipping country, messages, product
preferences and basic technical information needed to operate the site. Full card numbers should not be
stored by the store; payment is handled by invoice or third-party payment services when enabled.
- Email and request details are used to answer inquiries, prepare invoices and support orders.
- Essential cookies may be used for site function.
- Analytics or advertising cookies should be enabled only after the site has the right consent flow for the target market.
- Buyers can contact slcmbz454@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
- Do not send payment card numbers, identity documents or sensitive personal information by email.
Terms of service
Orders are requests until confirmed by invoice.
Adding a lure to the request list does not reserve inventory or create a final sale. A sale is confirmed
only when Tidecraft accepts the destination, confirms availability, issues an invoice and receives payment.
- Product photos, handmade finish and feather pattern may vary slightly from batch to batch.
- Lengths, weights, depths and actions are practical workshop specs, not performance guarantees.
- Buyers are responsible for lawful import, possession and fishing use in their location.
- Tidecraft may refuse or cancel orders that cannot be shipped safely or compliantly.
- Brand names, photos, copy and original lure designs may not be copied without permission.
- Policies may be updated as market access, payment and shipping coverage change.
